We ship to the US and Canada. Rates are calculated at checkout — live USPS prices, shown before you pay. Two-to-three business days to leave our workshop, then five-to-ten to arrive.

Devices ship within 2-3 business days of your order, Monday to Friday. We don't dispatch on weekends.
You'll get a tracking email the moment your package leaves the workshop.
If you set a deliver-by date on a gift order, we hold the shipment to arrive close to that date. We'll never ship a gift late.
Gift orders ship in unbleached linen wrap with a handwritten card. The packing slip omits prices by default.
We can change the shipping address, finish, or gift message any time before the package leaves the workshop — usually a window of 1-2 business days after you order. Reach out and we'll catch it.
Every order gets a tracking link. If your package shows delivered but you don't have it, give it 24 hours, then email us — we'll file a claim and send a replacement if needed.
